The CourierBook.in editorial team brings together logistics operators, customer-support leads, and pricing analysts who work on the platform every day.

What we write reflects what we see in production: which routes have the highest damage rates, which festivals strain pickup capacity, which packaging mistakes get parcels held at customs, what real Indian senders pay versus advertised rates, and which carriers actually serve which pincodes well.

We do not write theoretical content. If a guide on this site recommends a particular packaging method or service level, it is because we have shipped enough parcels that way to know how it plays out.

Yogeshwar Kumar

Yogeshwar Kumar is the founder of CourierBook.in. He started the platform in 2021 to fix the most annoying part of sending a courier in India — having to walk to a counter, queue, and pay retail. CourierBook lets anyone book a free doorstep pickup online, compare live rates across 8+ Indian and international couriers, and ship to 500+ cities in under two minutes.

Before CourierBook, Yogeshwar spent 2019–2021 running operations, procurement, and shipping at Quvom.com. That period taught him the gap between what carriers promise on a rate card and what they actually deliver across India’s pin codes — the gap CourierBook now closes for SMEs, D2C brands, and individual senders.
